Retainer

For clients producing a steady stream of designs. Billed monthly in advance, cancellable before any renewal, with no minimum term beyond the current paid month.

Billing

Pricing questions

Is the price ever higher than what is published?

Only if the scope you ask for is larger than a published package, in which case you receive a written quote and approve it before any work begins. We do not add fees after delivery.

How do I pay?

Invoices are issued in US dollars and paid by card or bank transfer through our payment processor. Card details are handled by the processor and are never stored by AYLAN MEDIA SERVICES LLC.

When is payment taken?

Projects are paid in full at booking, before production begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month and continue until cancelled.

What if I need more revisions than included?

Additional rounds are $60 each, quoted and approved before we start on them. We never bill a revision you did not agree to.

Do you do free work or spec work?

No. Identity Essentials exists as a small, fixed-price entry point so you can judge the work before committing to a larger package.
