Four stages.
Every engagement follows the same order, from a single merch design to a full identity system. Scope, price and delivery date are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Brief
A short written brief covering the business, the audience and where the work will be used. We confirm deliverables, revision rounds, price and date.
Direction
We present distinct directions before refining any of them, so you choose a path while it is still inexpensive to change.
Build
The chosen direction is developed into the full deliverable set and prepared to the specification of wherever it is going.
Handover
Organised files, source included, with a short note on what each one is for. Ownership transfers to you on final payment.

Identity work is sold as a package rather than a list of parts, because a mark on its own is not an identity. Production work is priced per item and can be bought separately or added to any package.

Questions
Before you commission
Who owns the finished design?
You do. On final payment, full commercial rights in the delivered artwork transfer to you, including the right to sell products carrying it. Third-party elements such as licensed fonts or stock imagery remain under their own licences, and we identify any of those on handover.
Do I get editable source files?
Yes, with every package and every production item. You receive organised vector sources alongside the flat exports, so another designer can pick the work up later without rebuilding it.
Is all the artwork original?
Yes. We produce original artwork and do not reproduce third-party logos, characters or trademarked material. If you supply artwork or text for us to work with, you confirm you hold the rights to it.
Will the files work with my print-on-demand supplier?
Tell us which supplier you use and we prepare to their published specification — resolution, print-area dimensions, transparency and colour mode. If an upload is ever rejected on a file-specification issue, we correct it at no charge.
How many revisions are included?
Each package and production item states its included revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of change requests. Additional rounds are quoted and approved before we start them.
How long does it take?
Production items are typically 2 to 4 business days. Identity Essentials runs about 5 business days, Identity Complete 7 to 10, and Brand System 10 to 15. Your confirmed date is set in writing at the brief stage.
